Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-driven Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be a key team member and play a critical role in delivering the “white glove” experience our customers have come to expect. Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers via phone, text, email, and walk-ins
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and support
• Assist with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general service requests
• Schedule appointments for licensed team members through proactive outreach
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client satisfaction
• P&C License (must be able to obtain)
• L&H License (must be able to obtain)
