Quality Assistant

Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract

About the Role

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assistant to support quality assurance and compliance activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting documentation processes, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with quality inspections and verification activities.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and quality documentation.

• Enter, track, and analyze quality-related data.

• Support investigations into quality concerns and corrective actions.

• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address issues and improve processes.

• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous quality, manufacturing, administrative, or related experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with quality management systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
