Test & Evaluation Lab Technician (Associate or Experienced)

Position Overview We are looking for an Associate or Experienced Test & Evaluation Lab Technician (Electrical/Electronics) (Level 2 or 3) to join Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) near Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. Position will be 100% onsite. Responsibilities Supports activities to plan, conduct and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies. Designs systems, materials, components, software and methodologies to meet customer requirements. Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems. Supports coordination of test requirements and assists in reviewing test methods and capabilities. Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre‑test setup, integration, checkout, and post‑test tear‑down. Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results. Troubleshoots and recommends resolution of basic laboratory and test-related problems. Works under general supervision. Qualifications Associate’s Degree or higher, a technical certificate or degree, or 1 or more years of equivalent technical experience. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital volt meters. Experience with environmental stress screening including vibration and thermal cycle testing. Pay Associate (Level 2): $53,550 - $72,450 Experienced (Level 3): $63,750 - $86,250 Additional Information Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Security clearance required—must obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Shift 1 (United States of America).
