Looking for a role where your social skills actually pay off?
We represent top-tier national clients and need competitive, personable Customer Service & Communications Representatives to join our expanding team. We focus on building real connections with customers, launching local outreach campaigns, and developing future leaders.
We invest fully in our team: zero prior experience required, complete paid training provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Account Setup: Guide consumers through service onboarding, answering questions, and delivering a great overall experience.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the local face for major campaigns, boosting brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Interactive Workshops: Participate in daily team sessions covering communication techniques, leadership, and campaign strategy.
- Team Leadership: As you master customer service fundamentals, step up to help train, mentor, and guide new team members.
