TTULO DE LA POSICIN: Conserje / Custodio (Tiempo Parcial Tuscaloosa Alabama)OBJETIVO Y DETALLES: Participar en la limpieza de la cuenta del cliente asignada por ServiceMaster Management esforzndose por superar las expectativas de la direccin y del cliente. Esta posicin requiere la limpieza de rutas de varios lugares durante un turno y requiere que el empleado tenga un transporte confiable. El tiempo de viaje entre las ubicaciones de las rutas se paga a una tarifa por hora.PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y DEBERES1. Quite el polvo segn el programa de tareas de la instalacin.2. Limpiar todos los telfonos.3. Limpiar todas las fuentes de agua potable.4. Limpiar las superficies de los escritorios.5. Limpie el vidrio de recepcin / vestbulo, incluida la puerta de entrada y cualquier otro vidrio de puerta o particin.6. Limpiar vidrios interiores en mamparas y puertas.7. Quite las telaraas.8. Limpie y pula todos los accesorios, incluidos inodoros, urinarios y fregaderos.9. Limpiar todos los vidrios y espejos en los baos.10. Vace los contenedores de basura, reemplace los revestimientos y limpie las manchas segn sea necesario.11. Vace y limpie los contenedores sanitarios.12. Todas las tareas se completan segn las especificaciones en el tiempo programado.2. Registra correctamente la entrada y salida del sistema T&A.3. Usar el uniforme requerido y la identificacin adecuada.4. Los armarios y carritos estn limpios y ordenados.5. El registro de comunicaciones es revisado y respondido diariamente por el personal apropiado.6. El edificio se deja seguro segn las especificaciones de la cuenta.7. El socio de servicio aprende y realiza todas las tareas segn la capacitacin de la nueva contratacin.8. Seguir las precauciones de seguridad personal que se describen en la poltica de la empresa.9. Identifica bien los problemas; muestra iniciativa; toma las decisiones adecuadas.Habilidades, ESFUERZO, Educacin y Requisitos fsicos:1. Debe poder leer y comprender las comunicaciones del cliente, la empresa y la seguridad.2. Todo el trabajo realizado se realizar de pie o caminando por periodos de hasta 4 horas.3. Se requiere agacharse y agacharse con frecuencia.4. Se requiere levantar cajas, bolsas de basura, equipo, etc., con un peso mximo de 75 libras.5. Capacidad para empujar y tirar de carros, barriles de basura, aspiradoras y trapeadores con un 32 oz. trapeador mojado.6. Es posible que se requiera el uso de una escalera de mano.
