PRN - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Description Respiratory Therapist PRN position. Provide highly technical, fast‑paced, evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best care for patients. Responsibilities Communicate clearly and openly with patients and team members. Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Maintain accountability for performance and patient outcomes. Identify and implement improvements to enhance the patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth and ongoing education. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program. Current Basic Life Support certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. Must obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within one year of hire. Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in good standing with the Texas Medical Board. Registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care. At least 6 months of respiratory care experience.
