A leading retail and consumer products company is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Specialist to be the face of their customer experience team. What You'll Be Doing:

Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, returns, and general support
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and guidance on a wide range of offerings
Process orders, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and company offerings
Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous customer service, retail, or support experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Reliable, professional, and a true team player
