Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative position in Frisco, TX. Responsibilities Handle patient scheduling, appointments, and multi-phone line management Gather new patient data and track all patient referrals Disseminate information to patients; act as a liaison between patients and physicians Send and keep a log of all reports sent to doctors Collect all payments and perform insurance verification Collect and distribute mail to proper areas/people Send benefits paperwork to billing companies Handle all scheduling and ensuing communication Answer phones, act as a patient liaison, and address any questions from potential or current patients Schedule patients; coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders, and cancellations Collect new patient intake information and track all clinic referrals Fax reports to physicians and keep a log of incoming reports Verify insurance and track insurance-covered visits; collect copayments Check mail and keep track of Explanation of Benefits sent from mail and fax to the billing company Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the medical field working at the front desk Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity, and empathy toward people in pain High school graduate or GED certificate Up-to-date driver’s license and dependable vehicle Excellent at handling details, communicating, and multitasking Great demeanor, strong integrity, and compassion #J-18808-Ljbffr
