Window World Coastal Bend Corpus Christi, Texas
Window World Coastal Bend is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. As a locally owned and operated home improvement company serving the Coastal Bend, we take pride in providing exceptional products and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule in-home sales appointments
- Order windows, doors, siding, and other products
- Pull permits and coordinate with local municipalities
- Schedule installation crews and manage installation calendars
- Communicate with customers regarding project status
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Construction, remodeling, scheduling, or permit experience is a plus
- Competitive pay based on experience
