Job Description – Power Engineer Job Title: Power Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Austin, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Visa: Open for H1B Transfers & Sponsorship Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Power Engineer to design, validate, and optimize power delivery systems for high-performance hardware platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in power integrity, voltage regulation, power electronics, PCB power design, and hardware validation. Responsibilities: Design and develop power delivery architecture for hardware systems. Perform power integrity (PI) simulations and analysis. Validate VRM, DC-DC converters, and power distribution networks. Conduct board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation. Collaborate with PCB, silicon, thermal, and hardware teams. Optimize system efficiency, reliability, and thermal performance. Use lab equipment for testing and troubleshooting. Support manufacturing and production activities. Required Skills: Power Integrity (PI) VRM / PDN / DC-DC Cadence / SPICE / MATLAB / HFSS Hardware Validation & Debugging PCB Power Design Oscilloscope & Lab Testing
