Client Service Specialist

Transportation Management Client Account Representative

Drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction by managing order lifecycles and resolving complex service roadblocks for a leading transportation management provider.

Compensation: $21.00/Hour

Location: Gainesville, VA

Schedule: Monday Friday, An 8-hour shift between 8:00am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor team dashboards and workflows to ensure orders progress seamlessly to completion.
• Manage assigned client account portfolios through every order phase to deliver exceptional service.
• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed account records in CRM systems.
• Resolve non-routine operational roadblocks and de-escalate customer concerns using sound judgment.
• Maintain professional email communication, ensuring responses are delivered within a 4-hour window.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Client Administrators.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
