Boat Sales Rep — Sell premium boats, build lasting client relationships, and help families create unforgettable time on the water with Gordy’s Marine.

You are a charismatic, growth-minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
You are a self-sufficient hunter who loves prospecting, following up quickly, and closing high-ticket deals with confidence.
You naturally build rapport with clients, read people well, and turn conversations into long-term relationships.
You can juggle multiple deals at once, stay energized under pressure, and are motivated by ambitious goals.

Gordy’s Marine has served the boating community since 1955 and is an award-winning marine dealer serving Wisconsin and Illinois. The company offers premium brands, marina and service operations, rentals, and a full boating lifestyle experience. About the Job
This role sells premium new and pre-owned boats and delivers world class customer experience from first conversation to delivery. You will build relationships, manage your pipeline, and help customers choose the right boat for their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, referrals, events, and online inquiries.
Guide customers through the full sales process, from needs discovery to close.
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
It goes without saying that to win in this role requires availability during peak boating season, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic sales periods.
