Back of House Team Leader

Back of House Opening Team Leader

The Back of House Opening Team Leader sets the tone for the entire day in the kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role, you will lead while working in position.

You are responsible for food safety, speed, product quality, coaching team members, and ensuring the next shift is set up for success.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high ownership, and a coachable spirit.

Responsibilities

Execute all BOH opening procedures
Lead and position team members effectively
Coach in real time during peak
Maintain strict food safety standards
Monitor waste, portioning, and product levels
Run breaks and manage shift flow
Complete and delegate daily checklists
Communicate clearly in Slack and post shift notes
Participate in weekly leadership meetings

Qualifications

18+ years old
Available Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 5:30am-5:30pm
Previous leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced kitchen environment
