We’re seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice. Whether you’re a new grad with strong clinical skills or an experienced dentist (1+ year preferred), this role offers mentorship, financial stability, and the chance to grow your patient base without weekend or evening hours. Pay
$200,000~$300,000 per year
Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
$800/day guarantee for first 3 months
33% of collections (scaling to 35%)
$20,000 retention bonus ($10K at 1 year, $10K at 2 years)

Requirements
- Licensed dentist
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain).
Strong clinical skills and ethical judgment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Passion for long-term patient relationships.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Job Description
Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, etc.).
Diagnose and create personalized treatment plans with a patient-centered approach.
Collaborate with our supportive team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Utilize modern technology to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
Participate in community outreach to grow the practice (optional).
