Patient Service Coordinator

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time Patient Service Coordinator will manage prior authorization requests, coordinate laboratory orders, and schedule patient appointments while delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Submit, monitor, and follow up on prior authorization requests to ensure timely approvals Schedule and manage patient appointments, including consultations and follow-up visits Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record system and coordinate communication with the clinical team Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office, healthcare practice, or medical administrative role Prior authorization experience is strongly preferred Experience working in a telemedicine or virtual healthcare practice Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a fully remote environment
