Insulectro, headquartered in Lake Forest, is seeking an experienced, reliable, motivated team player with a professional appearance to serve as the face of the company for visitors, clients, and associates. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who is personable and professional and who fits well with our team and culture.

What you'll do each day:

• Answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness
• Greet and direct visitors of the company
• Monitor appropriate inventory levels and order, receive, stock and distribute office, kitchen and janitorial supplies as needed
• Maintain copier and printer supplies
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Send and receive FedEX and UPS packages
• Manage certified mail and mail courier service
• Maintain cleanliness and order of conference rooms in the Insulectro building
• Responsible for maintaining appearance of reception area, conference rooms, kitchens, copy room and marketing collateral area
• Coordinate catering, company events, and special projects as needed
• Light account payable duties including invoice entry, matching, fold and mail invoices
• Assist Accounts Payable with expense reports when needed
• May assist with other related administrative duties
• Provide additional administrative support to Leadership Team and VP of Marketing as needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while completing work accurately
• Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and ordering online
• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining appropriate telephone coverage
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Proactive, dependable, detail oriented
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Resourceful, and creative minded with a strong work ethic
• Good judgement and ability to develop working relationships with all levels in the organization.

Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, suppliers, visitors and teammates and managing the front desk responsibilities.
