Position Overview We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as an Intake Coordinator and Presuit Paralegal. Key Responsibilities Intake Coordination (60% of role) Conduct initial client consultations in English and Spanish Gather detailed case information and documentation Explain our process and answer client questions with empathy and clarity Screen potential cases for merit and fit Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations with attorneys Maintain organized intake files and documentation Spanish Presuit Paralegal Duties (40% of role) Obtain and organize medical records and bills Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients Draft demand letters and settlement packages Prepare case files for attorney review Assist with client communication throughout the presuit process Track statute of limitations and important deadlines Support case management and file organization Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing) 2+ years of plaintiff's personal injury or related legal experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software (Casepeer and Lead Docket preferred) Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with personal injury intake processes Knowledge of medical terminology in both languages Familiarity with insurance claim processes Experience with legal research and document drafting What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, vision, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match
