Industrial Maintenance Operations LeadCompany: Thompson Pipe GroupJob Function: MaintenanceA day in this roleWhen your crew arrives, you already have the plan loaded in your CMMS. Preventive work orders are queued in MaintainX (or a similar platform), parts are staged, and safety briefings are complete. You allocate technicians across priorities—one team tackling an industrial electrical fault, another performing DOT-compliant checks on fleet assets, and a specialist repairing a hydraulic line on heavy equipment. You coach, you inspect, you verify that repairs meet cost estimates and job specs, and you ensure every task aligns with Federal, State, and local codes and company safety policies.
