Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in South Charlotte, NC. This role is 100% onsite, five days a week , and requires hands-on experience with Alteryx, Redshift, Excel, and Snowflake . The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with data analytics, reporting, and database management to drive business insights. Key Responsibilities: Extract, transform, and analyze data using Alteryx, Redshift, Snowflake, and Excel . Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Optimize and automate data workflows to improve efficiency. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and automation. Experience with AWS Redshift and Snowflake for database querying. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.). Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Ability to work onsite in South Charlotte, NC, five days a week . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI . Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. Background in finance, healthcare, or retail analytics.
