Loss Mitigation Relationship Manager

BMO Financial is seeking a Loss Mitigation Relationship Manager to manage at-risk and delinquent consumer and small business loan portfolios. In this role, you will analyze borrower financials, recommend workout options, and negotiate sustainable repayment solutions while minimizing loss and protecting the bank’s interests. You’ll collaborate with underwriting, collections, and legal teams, ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation. You will also provide empathetic, customer-focused guidance, support continuous process improvements, and contribute to BMO’s purpose-driven, inclusive culture.
