Account Manager, DNA Synthesis - SouthEast
Twist Bioscience
Twist Bioscience seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand their DNA synthesis product portfolio in the Southeast. This role involves managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, forecasting revenue, and providing market intelligence on competitive activities and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets; deliver accurate territory forecasts
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers across organizational levels
- Negotiate and execute supply agreements; collaborate with operations to accelerate time to revenue
- Monitor competitive landscape, collect customer feedback, and propose new product ideas
- Represent company at industry trade shows and maintain ISO 13485 compliance
Requirements
- 3–5+ years selling life science reagents and solutions
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of synthetic biology applications and workflows
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual financial targets
- Bachelor's degree in biology or related field preferred
- B2B sales experience to pharma, chemical, or agricultural biotech organizations
- Experience with custom or made-to-order business models preferred
