Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18+/hourLocation:

This is an  in-person/on-site position in East Syracuse, NY. This is not a remote opportunity.

Shift:

Training schedule: 5 PM-10 PM M-F. Following onboarding, a regular set night schedule will be provided. Availability for set schedule must be between 4 PM and 10 PM for P/T, and 1:30PM-10:30 PM for F/T. All team members must work either Saturday or Sunday. Must also be able to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

What’s a typical day as Call Center Representative In Person Needed? You’ll be:

• Assisting customers with their needs via inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling technicians for service calls and resolving customer issues
• Professionally handling incoming calls, assessing caller needs, and building trust and rapport
• Providing accurate, relevant information using reference materials, databases, and AI tools
• Recording details of all customer interactions and actions taken
• Taking customer payments and ensuring issues are resolved thoroughly

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Possess a friendly tone, positive attitude, and strong empathy for customers
• Are willing to go the extra mile and are passionate about continuous improvement
• Are comfortable using technology, databases, and AI tools to assist with customer inquiries
• Enjoy working full-time and thrive in a team-focused, dynamic setting
• Can work either Saturday or Sunday and are able to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
