Michigan Career Fair this Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 12 PM to 5 PM at the Radisson Hotel, 26555 Telegraph Road, Southfield, Michigan. Bring your resume and come ready to interview.

As a member of the Facility Services team, the Maintenance Technician will work to maintain the safe and efficient operation of building systems, as well as maintain the appearance of the facilities.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

1+ year of maintenance experience — ideally in a commercial office setting
Comfortable using a computer, mobile device, and Workspeed or similar CMMS
A great communicator — whether it’s with a teammate or a tenant
Valid driver’s license
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work safely and smart
Familiar with basic tools and maintenance techniques
A team player who’s also not afraid to take the lead when needed
