Annual Enrollment Representative - Open to experience!

Pay: $21.00/hr

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

• Training is Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm then can be scheduled for an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm

Contract Length: 4 Months - Can be a great foot in the door within this company and transition into other roles on different teams and find a long-term fitting.

This team supports members and insurance brokers by helping them understand health plan options, enrollment changes, renewals, rates, and coverage-related questions. This is a customer-focused role centered on providing exceptional service and guidance, not a high-pressure sales or call center environment.

• Assist members and insurance brokers during open enrollment
• Explain health insurance plans, products, rates, and available options
• Help individuals select the most appropriate coverage based on their needs
• Answer inbound calls and occasional warm outbound calls regarding renewals, policy changes, and member updates
• Accurately document interactions and update internal systems
• Stay informed on healthcare and insurance changes that impact members
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, healthcare, insurance, or other customer-facing environments
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Previous health insurance or insurance-related experience
• Experience working with brokers, enrollment, eligibility, or benefits administration
• Familiarity with healthcare eligibility systems or CRM platforms

This is a Contract position based out of Murray, UT.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
