ServiceNow Administrator/Developer 2

Role Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer 2 with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administering and developing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting, JavaScript or other high-level programming languages, and web-based user interfaces. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What You Will Do Manage a self-hosted ServiceNow instance Perform required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications Review processes to implement efficiencies Why It Might Be a Fit This role is a great fit for someone who is looking to mentor junior team members and has experience creating and maintaining technical documentation. ServiceNow certifications are a plus, but not required. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS) Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance Java development experience Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
