Work flexible schedules and participate in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians and care coordinators. Offer high‑level collaboration, coordination, and intensive behavioral health services with a focus on achieving outcomes and supporting families’ safety and stability. Serve as a catalyst for change, offering new approaches while strengthening partnerships in the community. Position based out of FBH Portland, Oregon, serving youth and families in the greater Portland area. Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree. Passion for helping families stay together. Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services. Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved. Genuine strengths‑based approach, appreciating unique qualities and assets of all involved. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate culturally competent skills for delivering services in multicultural situations. Ability to visually assess safety in the community and family homes. Ability to meet clients and colleagues in homes and community locations. Bi‑lingual fluency in Spanish & English required for clinicians serving the Burien Youth and Families. Preference for flexible schedule rather than a traditional 8‑5 Monday‑Friday facility‑based position. Must be willing to participate in on‑call rotation responsibilities. Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment. Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record per CCS policy.
