Regional Clinical Director

Regional Nurse Consultant (Dir. of Clinical Srvs) Location: California Referral Bonus: $5,000 Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) – California We are currently searching for a Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to provide support and mentorship for multiple Senior Care communities throughout California. The person will also help implement and coordinate programs to monitor and improve the quality of resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance efficiency for the communities. The ideal candidate will be an RN with a minimum of 3 years experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and/or CCRC settings. The position requires regular travel to communities within California. There is the opportunity to work from home, at one of the local communities, or at the Corporate Office on days where site visits are not required. RNs with current Quality Assurance (QA) or Director of Nursing (DON) experience are encouraged to apply. Previous multi-site experience is a plus. Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in CA; NHA or RCFE a plus Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Skilled Nursing.
