Property Accountant

Soni is hiring a Property Accountant to oversee the financial operations of a portfolio of properties. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a solid background in property accounting—particularly in multifamily real estate. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 2–3 years of accounting experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service Self-starter who can handle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
