Paraeducator Position

The Brookfield Public Schools are seeking passionate and motivated Paraeducators to join our team! Assist classroom teachers in supporting students' learning and development. Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs. Help implement classroom activities, curriculum, and instruction. Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment. Supporting students with physical, sensory, or behavioral needs in the classroom.

Strong interest in working with students and making a positive impact in their educational journey. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Patience, dedication, and a passion for education. At least 60 college credits or have taken and passed the ParaPro exam.

Hands-On Experience: Get valuable, real-world experience working directly with students, teachers, and staff. Career Growth: Many of our Paraeducators have transitioned into full-time teaching roles within the district, thanks to their experience and connections built in this role.
