Regional Director of Operations

Overview Are you a strategic, people-driven leader with a passion for senior care? Do you have an active Ohio LNHA license? CareCore Health is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Cleveland, OH region. CareCore Health is a trusted provider of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. With a focus on compassion, clinical excellence, and operational integrity, we are redefining what quality care looks like for our residents and teams. Your Role As the Regional Director of Operations, you\'ll serve as a key leadership figure, responsible for: Providing strategic oversight and guidance to facility administrators Ensuring operational and regulatory excellence across assigned locations Driving quality care outcomes, resident satisfaction, and team engagement Leading financial performance, census growth, and staff development initiatives Collaborating with executive leadership to align goals and drive innovation Requirements Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare Current LNHA license (Ohio) required Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus) Travel within your region is required Benefits Competitive compensation package Mileage Reimbursement Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Generous Paid time off and holidays A mission-driven culture with room to grow Join Us At CareCore Health, we believe operational leadership is about more than metrics—it’s about people, progress, and purpose.
