Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Success Manager B2B Accounts for temp-to-hire opportunities with growing organizations in the Overland Park and greater Kansas City area. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys managing business accounts, guiding clients through onboarding, solving problems, and helping customers see measurable value from the products or services they use.

The Client Success Manager B2B Accounts will serve as a trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients while collaborating with internal teams across sales, operations, support, billing, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Manage an assigned portfolio of B2B client accounts and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and client contacts.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, implementation, training, account setup, and ongoing service adoption.
- Conduct regular account reviews to discuss performance, progress, needs, risks, and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client questions, service issues, billing concerns, and account updates.
- Identify potential client risks, address concerns proactively, and support retention, renewals, and account expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account notes, follow-up activity, service records, and client documentation in a CRM or related platform.

Compensation and Benefits

- Anticipated salary range: $55,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and the specific opportunity.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Location: Overland Park, KS and the Kansas City metropolitan area.
- Work environment: Opportunities may be onsite or hybrid.
