You’ll have the backing of an established HVAC organization and experienced installation teams so you can focus on what you do best — building relationships, educating homeowners, and closing the sale.

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs
• Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades
• Present financing options and educate customers on products and services
• Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

???? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a confident, motivated sales professional who can connect with homeowners and turn their needs into the right solution.

• Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is highly preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the organization
