Job Summary The Wire Harness Division is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position supports the production of wire harness assemblies by assisting with assembly operations, quality inspections, packaging, and general production support activities. Job Summary The Wire Harness Division is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position supports the production of wire harness assemblies by assisting with assembly operations, quality inspections, packaging, and general production support activities. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and attendance while contributing to production goals. Principle Duties And Responsibilities Assemble wire harness components according to work instructions and specifications. Route, cut, label, bundle, and organize wiring components. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards. Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices as trained. Prepare completed products for packaging and shipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Accurately complete production documentation and quality records. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions. Assist with material movement, inventory organization, and production support activities. Work cooperatively with supervisors, team leaders, and fellow employees to meet production goals. Performs other duties as required Qualifications Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and arms for assembly work. Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
