Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify relational dynamics and individual emotional states within families.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that promote open dialogue among family members, helping them address and resolve conflicts.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches based on client feedback and evolving circumstances.

• Provide expert testimony in legal matters when required, ensuring accurate and credible representation of client situations.

• Collaborate with community resources and organizations to connect clients with additional support services.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes following HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development activities to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with range from individuals grappling with personal challenges to families dealing with complex relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current LMFT license issued by the state of Nevada.

• Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical experience as mandated by state licensing requirements.

• Proficiency in individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based strategies.

• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively address a variety of mental health and relational challenges.

• Ability to collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
