Regional Manager – Commercial Roofing / Sheet MetalTravel Required | P&L Ownership | Build a Branch OpportunityWe are seeking a high-performing Regional Manager – Commercial Roofing to lead and expand commercial roofing and sheet metal operations across a defined territory. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building a regional branch from the ground up while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.The Regional Manager – Commercial Roofing will serve as the operational leader for the region—setting direction, mentoring leaders, and ensuring all projects, teams, and financial outcomes align with company standards and long-term growth objectives.As Regional Manager – Commercial Roofing, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites and offices while owning full regional P&L.
