LDRP Registered Nurse (RN)This position is for an experienced Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN) within a critical access facility. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive care throughout the childbirth process, including triaging, laboring, recovering, postpartum care, and newborn care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs and health status.Administer medications and perform necessary interventions as required.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and patient safety.Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.RequirementsSpecialized experience in LDRP nursing is required.Seasoned travelers preferred due to the complexity of the role.Availability to work weekends on an equitable schedule among staff.Shift DetailsNight shifts available: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.Flexible scheduling without block arrangements.Holiday CoverageCandidates must be available to work at least one winter holiday, scheduled in pairs, such as Thanksgiving with Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas with Christmas Eve, and New Year's with New Year's Eve.Facility InformationType: Critical Access FacilityTotal Staff Beds: 22Scrub Color: Any Color; OR scrubs providedNo parking fees for staffExpected RatiosPatient-to-nurse ratios are typically 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, or 1:6, depending on the unit's needs during fluctuating patient volumes.Client Details City Polson State MT
