What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between our customers and service department by:

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming service experience
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle needs
• Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
• Communicating repair timelines, estimates, and updates
• Coordinating repairs with technicians and service department personnel
• Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
• Helping achieve department goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

What We're Looking For
Required:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide a superior customer experience
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience
• Automotive sales or service experience
• CRM software experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
