Job Title: Marketing Manager III (Music Operations & Partnerships) Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred) Duration : 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension) We are seeking an experienced professional to support music operations, promotional programming, and partner initiatives within a leading technology and digital media environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the evolving music ecosystem and experienced in managing projects, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will help execute music promotion initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, track performance metrics, and drive operational excellence across recurring programs and projects. Responsibilities Lead the execution and coordination of weekly music promotional programs and initiatives. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows to ensure successful execution. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and program effectiveness. Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and process records. Partner with cross-functional teams to support music-related campaigns, activations, and operational initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline manual processes. Participate in planning, status, and execution meetings to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Support ongoing relationship management activities related to music industry partners. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience within the music industry. Strong project management, program management, or operations experience. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical abilities and experience using spreadsheets for reporting and performance tracking. Proven ability to manage recurring operational processes while driving continuous improvements. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with music labels, streaming services, digital music platforms, or music technology companies. Experience supporting music promotions, content programming, editorial operations, or partner marketing initiatives.
