About Muditā Studios

Muditā Studios is a venture studio: part startup foundry, part investment firm. We deploy capital, assemble teams, and launch ventures from scratch. This is a seat at the table where companies get built, capital gets deployed, and ideas become businesses.

This role sits on the studio side of the house: the engine that takes ideas from validation to operating company.

The Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Innovation Officer. You’ll own internal venture studio operations end to end, floating across the studio, working directly with our teams and NewCo CEOs as ventures stand up and scale.

This is not a support role. It’s an operating role for someone who can hold the whole board in their head: toggling between capital deployment strategy, venture operations, and hands-on execution, often in the same day. You’ll be the connective tissue across the studio, and frequently the person who just goes and builds the thing.

Mandatory Requirements

• AI-native, today. You run 5+ AI agents concurrently as core infrastructure for how you work: Claude, Cursor, agent orchestration, automated workflows. If you’re still using AI as a chat window, this isn’t the role.
• Builder, not just a strategist. You build automations, prompts, and multi-agent systems that make you operate like a team of ten, and you ship the thing yourself.
• Operator track record. 3 to 7 years of experience: ex-banking, ex-consulting, or an operator who’s built and run things inside fast-moving companies.
• PM and builder, not one or the other. You can hold capital strategy, venture operations, and hands-on execution in your head at once, then go execute against all three.

What You Will Do

• Own internal studio operations: the systems, processes, and cadences that keep a multi-venture portfolio moving.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and CIO on company-building, capital deployment, and studio strategy.
• Work directly with NewCo CEOs to stand up and run early operations for new portfolio companies.
• Own and execute marketing operations across the studio and its ventures.
• Build and operate AI-agent-driven systems that multiply the studio’s output: research, analysis, ops, and content pipelines.
• Prepare materials for investor conversations, board meetings, and portfolio reviews.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and ship systems that eliminate them.
• Lead special projects that don’t fit neatly into existing roles.

What You Bring

• Technical with serious range: comfortable going deep on a data problem in the morning and a brand problem in the afternoon.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• High agency: you see problems and fix them without being asked.
• Comfortable operating without a playbook.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
