Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)Hiring in: Brentwood, TN & Chattanooga, TNUnited Community is an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to join our team. The MLO will help individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships with realtors, builders, and developers while guiding clients through the mortgage process with expertise and care. If you're passionate about residential lending and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoActive NMLS License is requiredDevelop business through maintaining contact with realtors, builders, developers and construction lenders.Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general department guidelineInterviews potential customers and answers questions about various types of mortgage loans.Reviews, analyzes, and processes mortgage loan requests.
