Your warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with strong communication and organizational skills, will help create a memorable experience for clients, visitors, and employees.Working collaboratively with a diverse team, you will support the seamless operation of hospitality services, meeting support, and workplace experience initiatives while ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and care.This position reports to the Lead Hospitality Associate or the Client Relations Manager.M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Flexible$26.50 - $28.50Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Client ServiceEnsure all daily activities are executed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Deliver exceptional client service and maintain a 100% client satisfaction focus.Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, inquiries, and service issues.Assist clients with special requests, projects, and event-related needs.Maintain a client-first approach while fostering positive relationships with all guests and stakeholders.Meeting & Event SupportManage and confirm reservations for conference rooms, meeting spaces, and visiting offices.Meet with clients to confirm event logistics and conduct walkthroughs of meeting spaces.Coordinate meeting support services, including IT, Facilities, Catering, and Event Services.Participate in weekly event planning meetings and communicate upcoming event details to the team.Check with clients daily before meetings and events to ensure all needs are met.Verify room occupancy and reclaim unused meeting space as appropriate.Coordinate catering and meeting requirements with event requestors.Set up and reset conference rooms and visiting offices to company standards.Workplace & Pantry ServicesStock and maintain pantries, kitchens, beverage stations, and snack areas.Ensure appropriate inventory levels of refreshments and supplies are maintained.Reset conference rooms and common areas following meetings and events.Maintain communication boards, binders, and operational checklists.Reporting & Administrative SupportCapture and report customer interactions and service-related data.Run daily setup worksheet reports.Create and maintain weekly event sheets and schedules.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in volume capture and reporting activities.Maintain documentation and records related to hospitality services.Compliance & TrainingAdhere to all Opensity Solutions and client policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Comply with client-specific processes and standards, which supersede Opensity Solutions policies when applicable.Complete all required training programs, including Cornerstone and other assigned learning modules.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, restaurant management, event planning, workplace experience, or a related service industry preferred.Prior experience in a corporate office environment preferred.Previous supervisory experience is a plus.Skills & AbilitiesExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency with workplace technology and reporting systems.Ability to stand for extended periods as required.Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Opensity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.Employment decisions at Opensity are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
