Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions for adults and adolescents, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.

• Facilitate Telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure online platforms, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop comprehensive care strategies that promote patient well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, compliant with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices, adapting interventions to best fit the clinical challenges presented by clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth tools effectively to deliver virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
