Manager of Behavioral Health- Tracy Elementary School

BEHAVORIAL HEALTH MANAGER - School Based Health Center at Tracy Elementary School Would you love to be a part of a diverse team that provides accessible and quality behavioral health care for adolescents?
- Are you interested in collaborating with school staff including teachers, social workers, adjustment counselors and school leadership to provide supportive, culturally aware, and trauma-informed care to children?

- Work with nursing and primary care leaders foster the integration of BH and primary care.
- Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Participate in program development.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Focus on participating in and developing programming focused on health behavior change in the context of chronic disease management.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling
- Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, PsyD)
- Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
