Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Data Cloud sales team, the training and development of your team, and you’ll be an integral part of Rippling’s growth. This position reports to our Senior Director of IT Sales. What you will doManage, coach and scale a team of Account ExecutivesAssist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling SolutionsMonitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainmentRegularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecastingIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivityLead team to achieve and exceed monthly targetsParticipate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team membersWhat you will needAn experienced sales manager with 3-5 years manager experience in tech salesA top performer with a consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributorAbility to collaborate extensively with Solutions Engineers (SEs), Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge the gap between "vision" and "execution".Able to accurately forecast team performanceMotivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethicAbility to thrive in a fast paced environmentAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
