Join us in building something better-together.**What will your job look like?**The **Driver Recruiting Supervisor** is responsible for recruiting, building, and maintaining an adequate network of independent contractor delivery vendors and drivers, while ensuring all compliance and credentials meet contractual, local, state, and Federal requirements. This role also collaborates with operations to update informational resources in response to new business needs and adjustments. The **Driver Recruiting Supervisor** manages delivery performance to meet client expectations, working closely with Dispatch, STAT Operations, and other departments. The role may also involve participation in various STAT projects.**Location: This position will be onsite daily at our Lake St. Louis location****What you’ll do:*** Recruit and maintain a robust Courier Network of independent contractors in a timely manner across all regions of the United States* Develop and conduct both virtual and in-person interviews or screenings to ensure delivery network partners align with STAT’s mission, values, and strategic goals* Manage and maintain the Courier Network’s credentials efficiently and in compliance with all requirements* Communicate and provide ongoing updates and relevant information to the Courier Network, including safety and protocol guidelines* Address valid concerns brought forward by the Courier Network or from Client feedback* Build professional relationships of respect and teamwork with all delivery network partners* Assure all required attire, protocol, vehicle type, and presentation standards meet STAT requirements* Support Dispatch in all aspects of successful job completion* Collaborate closely with STAT Office Operations personnel* Support all STAT initiatives, RFP and business development proposals, and new contract implementations* Partner with other departments in recruiting, building, and maintaining cross-functional networks* Provide daily guidance and mentorship to all direct reports* Partner with Logistics Leadership to establish department goals, communicate these goals, ensure understanding and commitment, and report on progress* Ensure the department has both a positive and professional atmosphere* Balance the team’s responsibilities and ongoing tasks* Develop, organize, and share best practices throughout the department**What you’ll need:*****Experience, Education & Certifications:**** High School Diploma or G.E.D.* 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the transportation industry* Previous experience recruiting for contact center and logistics positions (CCRs and Drivers)* Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint***Skills:**** Outstanding analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve defined goals* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and continuously take action* Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service* Demonstrated sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills* Accountability for self and team; able to work cross-functionally* Strong sense of urgency and ownership* Ability to foster a positive, team-focused environment and motivate teams for high productivity* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* High level of confidentiality and integrity**Even better if you have...*** 1+ years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday preferred* Experience with routing and scheduling, preferred* Familiarity with dispatch technology, preferred**What’s in it for you:*** Health and Life Insurance Plans* Dental and Vision Plans* 401(k) with a company match* Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay* Maternity/Paternity Leave* Casual Dress Environment* MTM Perks Discount Program* Leadership Mentoring Opportunities**Salary Min: $55,000****Salary Max: $65,000***This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
