NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.Lead & Engineer (Player‑Coach Responsibilities)Remain hands‑on in the design, review, and implementation of enterprise network solutions.Serve as a technical authority and escalation point for complex routing, switching, and data center issues.Participate directly in architecture reviews, configuration validation, and major production changes.Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution for high‑impact incidents.Data Center & Core NetworkingDesign and operate Cisco ACI spine‑leaf data centers, including APIC policy, tenants, EPGs, and lifecycle upgrades.Support NX‑OS–based environments for non‑ACI data center and campus use cases.Own enterprise routing strategy using BGP and OSPF, ensuring resiliency and scalability.Lead Data Center Interconnect (DCI) and edge connectivity designs.Global Team LeadershipManage and mentor a globally distributed team of ~7 network engineers across regions and time zones.Provide day‑to‑day technical guidance, coaching, and career development.Balance delivery, operational stability, and long‑term platform evolution.Establish engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.Required Qualifications8+ years of hands‑on network engineering experience in enterprise or data center environments2+ years of experience managing engineers, ideally across multiple regionsStrong expertise in:Cisco ACI and NX‑OSBGP and OSPF routingData center, edge, and DCI architecturesProven ability to balance technical execution and people leadershipComfortable working command‑line and reviewing production configurationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in large‑scale or mission‑critical environmentsPrior role as a technical lead or escalation engineerBackground in hybrid or cloud network connectivityExperience with network automation, observability, or resiliency initiativesCisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent experienceOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
