ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/03/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Tele Schedule Nights - 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with 36 and 48 hours available per week. Required to work 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Tele unit. The unit consists of 40 beds, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with acute medical and telemetry needs. Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care in a Med/Tele setting. Administer medications and manage IV therapy as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes. Document all patient care activities accurately in EPIC. Be willing to float to other units as needed and work in a charge nurse role if required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year recent experience in acute medical-surgical or telemetry nursing. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
