Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Admin to join our progressively growing team. Nemont Manor is comprised of 100 apartment homes for SENIORS. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist Community Director and other office personnel in administrative tasks. Answer property phone and take detailed messages to be addressed during regular office hours. Act as point of contact for any after-hours (non-emergency) work order inquiries. Keep the Community Director informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be addressed. Any other administrative tasks as deemed necessary by management and ownership are required to operate the property as efficiently as possible. Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director Qualified candidates will have an outgoing and welcoming personality, possess a high level of customerservice and positive attitude.
