Account manager

We're hiring an Account Manager to own relationships with high-value law-firm clients (primarily attorneys). This is a high-touch, client-facing role focused on retention, account growth, and translating client needs to our technical and implementation teams. We prioritize personality, communication, and ownership - experience from high-end customer service roles (yachting, hospitality, casino high-roller service, senior CSR roles) is highly valued over a specific SEO background.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a book of high-touch clients (attorneys/law firms).
- Run and own monthly client meetings: prepare agenda, capture action items, follow up and ensure implementation.
- Listen for growth opportunities (new locations, new hires, service expansion) and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the sales/strategy team.
- Translate client feedback and business needs into clear, prioritized requests for technical/implementation teams; coordinate handoffs and timelines.
- Use AI-enabled tools and internal workflows to streamline account activities, document work, and track outcomes.
- Maintain and regularly update account records, KPIs, and status reports.
- Act as a client advocate - ensure quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling and calendar tasks related to client meetings and internal coordination.
- Conduct intake calls and qualifying conversations when needed.
- Participate in candidate/client handoffs, interview processes, and regular debriefs with internal stakeholders.
