President

The President serves as the senior-most executive of the company, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the holding company. This individual is accountable for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, financial results, and organizational culture of the company. As a key member of the holding company portfolio, the President will drive growth in the auto refinance market, build scalable infrastructure, and lead a high-performing team of approximately 100-150 employees with $30 million in revenues. This executive will also be in charge of optimizing lead cost / conversions and a portfolio of aftermarket solution providers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced financial services executive to own the full P&L and competitive positioning of a growth-stage company operating in the rapidly evolving auto lending and refinance landscape. How You'll Contribute: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company multi-year strategic plan, in alignment with the holding company portfolio objectives and growth targets. Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles; present results and strategic updates to the COO and holding company leadership. Identify market expansion opportunities in the auto refinance space, including new lender partnerships, geographic expansion, and product diversification. Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Operational & Financial Management Own the full P&L of the company; manage revenue, margin, expense structure, and key performance indicators. Ensure operational efficiency across loan origination, underwriting, servicing, compliance, and customer experience functions. Oversee all departmental leaders (Operations, Sales/Business Development, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and People) and hold them accountable to defined goals. Monitor regulatory and market dynamics to proactively adapt business processes and product offerings. Business Development & Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with credit unions, banks, dealers, and indirect lending partners. Drive lender network expansion and negotiation of favorable rate and volume terms. Represent the company externally at industry conferences, with regulators, and in media/public-facing engagements. Talent & Culture Attract, develop, and retain executive and management-level talent. Cultivate a values-driven, high-performance culture with strong employee engagement. Partner with HR leadership to ensure competitive total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability. Holding Company Reporting & Governance Report to the COO of the holding company with regular cadence on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with all holding company financial, legal, regulatory, and governance requirements. Participate in portfolio-level planning, cross-company collaboration, and leadership forums as directed. What Makes You a Great Fit: Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required. Experience 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in auto finance, consumer lending, fintech, or related financial services. Demonstrated P&L ownership at a company of comparable size or larger ($25M+ revenue preferred). Deep understanding of auto refinance or indirect auto lending market dynamics, including rate environments, lender relationships, and consumer behavior. Track record of building and scaling operations teams in a growth-stage or PE/holding company environment. Strong financial acumen; ability to read, interpret, and drive action from complex financial statements. Demonstrated success in developing executive teams and succession pipelines. Your Strengths & Expertise Experience in a subsidiary or portfolio company structure with holding company reporting accountability. Familiarity with Colorado regulatory environment and applicable federal consumer lending regulations (CFPB, TILA, ECOA). MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. Experience with digital transformation of lending operations, AI-enabled underwriting, or fintech integrations.
